- Permanent address must be over 50 miles from facility

Requirements:
- Vermont RN license is required
- 2 years recent Med Surg & Acute Care experience - Required
- Will float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
- CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Previous Travel (at least 3 months) - Required
- BSN preferred
- ACLS (AHA)
- BLS (AHA)
