Primary
Responsibilities:
Ensure the customer complies with FAA requirements.
Provide 8130 certification approvals as necessary Provide guidance to team on engineering design changes and/or part repairs in compliance with FAA standards Perform oversight of aircraft manufacturers on design changes for their products and authorize approvals on repairs and alterations Provide guidance to ODA UMs and other organizational teams for certification approvals and design changes Develop ODA Self-Audit Checklists and perform ODA Self-Audits for FAA regulations of documents, drawings, and hardware Create and maintain metrics and visuals.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience with Hamilton Sundstrand or Collins Aerospace products OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of product knowledge experience OR In the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required.

S.
Citizen 5 years of FAA experience with Technical Airworthiness Responsibilities.
Experience with FAA regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to the ODA function codes (13063M, 13064M, 13080M, 13090M) Experience with Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) ODA Preferred
Qualifications:
ODA Administrator experience.
FAA Manufacturing Inspection Designee experience.
Experience in direct working relationships with the FAA in connection with the issuance of domestic and export airworthiness approvals and type certification conformity inspection AS9100 Auditor Training and Quality System audit experience.
Working knowledge of SAP, Teamcenter, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.
Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
