Job Details: Serves as an organizational resource in the analysis, design and development of a broad range of reports, end user reporting tools, recurring and ad hoc data requests. The position requires the ability to interact effectively with clinical staff, non-clinical staff, and outside parties such as state agencies or organizations with which Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center may collaborate. Must also be highly organized and able to develop actual work product in a timely fashion subject to strict deadlines in many instances. Must be well versed and experiences in a variety of data extraction, reporting and analysis tools including electronic medical record products, Microsoft products (Excel, Access) relational databases and/or other comparable tools. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and deliver presentations, executive summaries and other formal communications
Education: Bachelor''s degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: Previous experience in working with complex clinical data systems and related systems such as revenue cycle or financialEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
